The customised design of quick opening closures\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Thanks to cutting-edge software, the company’s team can develop products capable of responding to all the customer needs<\/strong>, that are easy to use and, above all, safe and technically impeccable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Welding<\/span><\/h3>\n

Offering robust, safe and durable products<\/strong> is the primary goal of QOC Solutions. To be sure to achieve it, great attention must be paid to the welding process of the parts. All welding of the quick opening closures is carried out by qualified and specialized technicians, which ensures full compliance with international regulatory standards, high reliability and total safety.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Manufacturing<\/span><\/h3>\n

In a plant with modern facilities and a team of specialized technicians and engineers, QOC Solutions can manufacture products of exceptional quality. Our company has a long experience in the production of carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and super duplex<\/strong> forged QOCs with outstanding mechanical characteristics. The materials used are certified according to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2<\/strong> and are subject to quality controls such as VT-PT-MT-UT<\/strong><\/a> with qualified operators according to SNT TC 1A EN-473.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Also, all components and accessories ensure maximum operational efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

Test<\/span><\/h3>\n

All products manufactured by our company are subjected to non-destructive tests to verify compliance with international safety standards and internal quality standards, including functional tests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Treatments<\/span><\/h3>\n

For each product, QOC Solutions<\/a><\/strong> offers protection and anti-corrosion treatments of the components<\/strong>. These treatments make quick opening closures as robust and resistant as possible. The <\/span>a<\/span>vailable treatments are nickel plating, cold zinc plating, Teflon plating, sandblasting, protective coating with epoxy primer and, lastly, final coating according to specification.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Installation and maintenance<\/span><\/h3>\n

QOC Solutions<\/strong> products are designed to be easy to use, even with just one operator present. The installation process is also straightforward and can be performed by the customers, without the assistance of our technicians. However, the customer can request on-site service for the installation of the <\/span>Quick Opening Closure<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All QOCs manufactured by our company are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from commissioning (i.e. from the date on which the materials were used for the first time), with a warranty of 24 months<\/strong> from the date of delivery (provided they are correctly installed and used within the service and pressure range for which they were designed and manufactured).<\/span><\/p>\n
